Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases made through Home&Decor, operated by Pyper Publishing LLC.

Magazine Subscription

Your magazine subscription renews monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle. To cancel, visit your Stripe customer portal or contact us at homedecor@pyper.me.

Books and Physical Products

Books are shipped within the United States. Delivery times vary by location. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at homedecor@pyper.me within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please include a photo of the damage. We do not accept returns for products that are not damaged or defective. Our books are limited-edition publications produced in small runs.

Event Tickets

Event ticket purchases are non-refundable. If an event is canceled by Home&Decor, attendees will receive a full refund.
